Looking for Customer Service, Sales and Support Team Member in Phillipines

We are a software company that provides database software (see sumac.com) to over 1000 charities world-wide. We are looking for “jack of all trades” type of people.

The person who fills this position will be working in almost every part of the company, handling projects as they come up. We move quickly, so flexibility, and both willingness and ability to learn are important personal attributes.
– Do online software demos and handle sales calls and emails.
– Handle tech support calls, training, and emails.
– Sometimes manage projects relating to product, office, and organization.


Personable, excellent communicator, good listening skills.
Superb English, both written and oral, including pronunciation.
Ability to communicate concisely.

Excellent computer user skills, some familiarity with databases.

Enthusiastic, flexible, self-motivated.
Resourceful, good problem solving and research skills.
Organized, able to manage several tasks at once.
Desire to finish the job well, not just get by.

Some college / university degree.

Some customer service or/and sales experience.
Asset: Experience doing software demos, software sales and tech support for software.
Asset: Experience in fundraising, outreach, communications, volunteer coordination or other positions in a charitable organization.

Full-time job in virtual office – 8 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) 8:30am to 5:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time), graveyard hours for Phillipines.
Must live in the area with excellent internet connection.
Salary: PHP 30,000 per month. Salary is transferred through PayPal twice a month.
Benefits: After 3 months probation period eligibility for health insurance coverage and 13th pay in December.
