Likely not. Most computers purchased after 2000 will
have the capacity to run Sumac. Please see the Technology
page for detailed explanation of hardware requirements.
What is involved in installing the
software?
Sumac staff will assist your IT support team with system
implementation. In most situations, it takes just a matter of minutes to install
the software.
How can I get the data from my old
system(s) into Sumac?
Sumac staff will assist you with the data migration.
Sumac has flexible, built-in data clean up and import tools. Customizable information
fields allow you to match up and import any information you were tracking in
previous data applications.
How many donor records can Sumac
hold?
There is no limit to the number of records, however,
if you have less than 5,000 records, Sumac is offered at a special low rate.
